This is a powerful investigative tool that provides information on individuals' past addresses and movement patterns. It establishes a starting point, allowing for better management and a more complete background check in verifying the following applicant information: full name, age/D.O.B., address, and found addresses plus phone numbers.

Evictions
Name match evictions, money judgments and court actions. State coverage is subject to change. Please see Eviction pull down list for most accurate coverage. Eviction information is based on name search. We attempt to match address history on the credit file with those found in court documents. In many states, it is illegal to solely use an eviction filing or dismissed eviction for bases of denying tenancy. Please view eviction matches carefully.
